Another bathroom with showers is located on the floor together with the office space. The office premises are heated with gas. The energy associated with the production hall will be transferred to the tenant, the energy associated with the office premises will be budgeted according to real consumption.
HallIt is built from iron welded and pressed full-wall I-shaped profiles with dimensions of 800 x 300 mm. It is a single-nave hall with 18 m truss spacing, its cladding is made of 25 cm wide bricks. The roof is covered with cardboard. The hall was built in 1975. Hall dimensions: length 60 m, width 20 m = 1,200 m2, height 13 m. The hall is 40 m long and is heated by gas heaters. There are two bridge cranes with a load capacity of 3.2 tons and 10 tons in the hall - with a boom span of 17 m. The upper belt of the crane track is at a height of 11 m.
